One very interesting trend that has emerged from this year’s Photo Marketing Association (PMA) trade fair in Las Vegas is the introduction of more entry-level, sub-USD 1,000 digital single-reflex lens (DSLR) cameras, such as the 10.2-megapixel Nikon D60 digicam, that is generating plenty of interest, even as the demand for compact, point-and-shoot models seem to be slowing down.
